Decreasing Biological Age
The human body is an amazing machine that functions 24/7.
Even without our knowledge, it's always taking care of us!
It contains trillions of cells and even more microbiome,
78 different organs and more than 60,000 miles of blood vessels if you stretched them end-to-end.
Incredibly, all of these cells, vessels and organs work together to keep us alive.
But things have changed since the original programming!
We have food available to us all day and night.
We utilize lights and technology at random times.
We're exposed to elemental toxins that get worse by the day.
Fast food restaurants, boxed foods and even restaurant foods are about satisfying appetites, mood, and busy schedules.
Stress is a part of our everyday existence
and we have stopped taking the time daily to truly relax.
...we've lost touch with ourselves and with our body.
As a society, we are sick and dis-eased.
According to the World Health Organization,
the last 20% of the average American life is spent in an un-healthy state.
We may live a long life, but will it be enjoyed?
Is it possible to THRIVE?
As a Holistic Practitioner, I look at the body as a whole,
an intelligent group of systems,
working together as one to bring about homeostasis, or balance.
Science and research now confer that diet and lifestyle are key,
but we are all different!
We have different challenges, different needs, different lifestyles
It's my mission to work in partnership with each client in re-balancing their system through a multi-disciplinary approach
and work towards increasing healthspan.
Through the tools of functional nutrition, labs, and holistic and integrative therapies a personalized plan is created and taught to work on the "whole" of the body.
After all, every single cell is interwoven within us.
I don't treat disease and I don't treat single symptoms.
But together, we create health and the opportunity to Thrive!
